At Packaging Machinery, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused machinery in its original packaging. Please note that custom-engineered solutions and used components are subject to specific inspection criteria before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original purchase order details.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Securely crate or pack the machinery in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Inspection Process

  Once received at our facility, our engineers will inspect the equipment for signs of wear, damage, or unauthorized modifications.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Following a successful inspection, your refund or credit note will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding initial freight and restocking fees.
